As vice president of finance for StreetLights Residential, Andrew Kastanos negotiates debt and equity structures, interfaces with capital market relationships, and oversees the underwriting of all projects.
Andrew joined StreetLights shortly after its founding in 2011 as a senior financial analyst where he led underwriting efforts and investor reporting.
Prior to joining StreetLights, Andrew worked as an associate for Greystone Communities, where he planned, financed and redeveloped senior living communities.
Andrew gained early career experience as a financial analyst for the Special Opportunities Fund at Fortress Investment Group, where he managed over 25 multifamily, office, and hospitality assets.
Andrew is co-founder and board member of The Rosedale Group, a Dallas-based nonprofit that raises money to improve veteran lives throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. He is active with Dallas Based The Real Estate Council where he was a member of the 2016- 2017 Associate Leadership Council. He currently serves as an Associate Board Member for the SMU Cox Folsom Real Estate Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
