As director of development for Streetlights Residential, Greg Nadeau is responsible for multifamily acquisition and development activity in Arizona and surrounding markets.
Greg joined StreetLights in 2013 as a senior project manager of land development in the Dallas office, where he oversaw acquisition, entitlement, and horizontal design for the company. Prior to joining the Streetlights team, Greg served as a senior project manager at Pacheco Koch in Dallas, where he managed the design of complex private development projects and coordinated the company’s business development efforts.
Throughout his twelve year career, Greg has overseen the planning and design of various multifamily, mixed-use, office, and master-planned development projects. Greg is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas and a certified LEED Accredited Professional.
Active in the community, Greg is a member of ULI and The Real Estate Council. He has held various leadership positions with the National Associate of Industrial and Office Properties (North Texas chapter), as well as The Real Estate Council, where he was a member of the 2010-2011 Associate Leadership Council. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
