As director of research and development for StreetLights Residential, Kim leads innovation efforts on the property and corporate level. In her previous role, Kim led the Dallas interior design practice team at HOK where she provided design leadership for several project types including corporate, commercial, building renovations and public projects. She also worked in regional management guiding firm wide interior design practices. Kim has extensive experience building client relationships, organizing teams and growing talent. She also excels in pursing new projects and working with budgets and schedules.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree of art in Interior Design from the University of North Texas. She is a registered interior designer in the state of Texas and has her LEED ID+C Accreditation.
Kim is an active member of The Real Estate Council currently serving on the Foundation Board. She is a graduate of The Real Estate Council Associate Leadership Council and Leadership Dallas. Kim also currently serves on the Texas Christian University Interior Design Advisory Board.
