As director of planning for StreetLights Residential, Meaghan K. Janson manages the development of multifamily and mixed-use projects and assists in critical analysis, design, and due diligence for future deals.
Meaghan began her career working for several noteworthy architecture and urban design firms in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. before joining the StreetLights team. With over a decade of architectural experience, she focuses primarily on urban, mixed-use, and multifamily developments. Her project experience ranges from early conceptual stages of design, production, and sustainability efforts, to entitlement, construction documents, and community involvement initiatives.
As both a licensed Texas architect and a LEED Accredited Professional, Meaghan applies her specialties as an active member in The Real Estate Council and ULI. She holds a Master in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business University of California Berkeley and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame.
