Architecture

StreetLights has brought the top multi-family architects in-house to manage drawings, from concept design to construction administration. To date, the team has thirty-three projects as design architect and six projects as architect of record.

In-house design allows StreetLights projects to have higher attention to detail, real time feedback and improved budget accuracy. Our architects are licensed in six states.

Construction

As the general contractor for each project, construction manages the process from on-site offices. This allows for real time communication with sub-contractors and a higher level of detail for each phase of construction.

We are fortunate to have had most of the construction leadership on our team since our first project, The Taylor.

Interior Design


The interior design team at StreetLights starts with a concept and builds a story around each property. With a focus on connecting with the neighborhood and local artisans, each project has its own personality.

The in-house interiors team procures finishes, furnishings, and custom features for the units and amenities. By streamlining design suppliers, StreetLights can focus on the quality and details that make each project unique.

Marketing

StreetLights brands each project with a unique name, look and story. The personality of each brand encapsulates the vision of the architecture and interior design teams.

The in-house marketing team starts with brand elements including logos, taglines and color schemes. From there, they build out the marketing collateral, website and social pages, focusing on an successful lease-up.
