Marketing Administrator

SLR is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic, creative and fast-paced team. As the Marketing Administrator, you will have a split role; to drive the progress of SLR’s project and corporate marketing and to work closely with senior leadership, coordinating their travel, schedules, and communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule meetings and help with calendar management for senior leadership.
• Arrange travel accommodations and prepare necessary meeting material and agendas.
• Complete various projects and special assignments for executives.
• Organize and maintain senior leadership’s files and records.
• Prepare for meetings and coordinate meal provisions as needed.
• Work closely with operations to implement marketing during the property’s lease up and respond to requests from leasing teams.
• Keep track of project timelines and tasks to deliver leasing collateral on time and within budget.
• Coordinate public relations efforts, property naming and award submissions.
• Work with vendors to take photos of properties, illustrate unit floorplans, build interactive site-maps and develop property websites.
• Maintain brand standards across the organization, assisting with pitch materials, company website and culture initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 3-5 years in a project management or administrative role
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills; a team player with a positive attitude, good work ethic and a high level of professionalism
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail; Experience working with project management software such as Smartsheets, Asana, Work Front or Trello
• Knowledge of InDesign, PowerPoint and Excel preferred
• Local and able to commute to our Dallas office
