As Project Manager of Development for StreetLights Residential, Elizabeth is responsible for site selection, due diligence and feasibility for potential projects as well as pro-forma underwriting and investor reporting.
Elizabeth was previously a development intern at StreetLights Residential and assisted the team with project selection, pursuit and zoning review. Prior to joining the StreetLights team, she was a civil engineer at Kimley-Horn & Associates, working with their land development group. She worked on over 75 developments across North Texas and was responsible for civil design and all aspects of planning.
Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, and holds a MBA in Finance and Real Estate from SMU Cox School of Business. Elizabeth is actively involved in the SMU Real Estate Club, TREC and Urban Land Institute.
