As Vice President of Finance in a capital markets function for StreetLights Residential, Francine Bradford sources debt and equity for our developments, which includes working on the transaction closings. She develops and grows a portfolio of capital markets assets, by building relationships with financial partners and industry contacts.
Prior to joining StreetLights, Francine worked in the banking industry, most recently as a commercial real estate relationship manager with Wells Fargo for over 11 years, where she sourced, underwrote, and managed a $900MM portfolio of commercial real estate loans collateralized primarily by multifamily assets and a range of other asset types including office, industrial, and retail. Her clients included real estate developers and real estate investment management companies based in North Texas.
Her work also included commercial real estate lending for Citibank, Bank of America, and Chase Bank. She worked in real estate consulting and business restructuring for PwC and FTI Consulting as well.
Francine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance/Real Estate from California State University, Fullerton and received an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of The Real Estate Council and is an alumna of the Associate Leadership Council.
